About the project
“We are still here.”
If there is a fact true of about human beings—today, as always—I would suggest this: that we want to love and be loved, delight and be delighted, give and be given.
So we started a project “The World Is Wonderful”. And we are happy to share those wonders of the world with you. Where this simple small side project will take us, we don’t know yet.
We know that we are a world on the move and todays wonders are not similar in kind to the wonders of the Ancient World. You do not always see them but you know they are always there.” In this project; I would like my students to find out what are the most noticeable changes we have had so far.
AIMS
Students will not only improve their language skills but also their usage of technological tools.
WORK PROCESS – September 3 – September 30
The project will develop in the way that students are able to discover the greatest wonder of the world themselves. That “We are still here” is surely the greatest wonder of all. They will use different articles, texts, videos and so on.
EXPECTED RESULTS
The students will gain general knowledge about different aspects of the modern world by using the Internet such as The Internet, International travel, Medical science, Space travel, People and their activities in general and so on. Talk together as a class. Add new inventions or discoveries to the list. They will find out the greatest wonder of the modern world for themselves, write about them and publish them in their blogs.
